Sara López
Co-Founder of The Rapport Lab. and Tic Tac Tex.
Illustrator, graphic designer and entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in the fashion world, working for brands such as Sybilla and Jocomomola.
I enjoy challenges, and my superpower is versatility. I have been involved in projects in very distinct areas within the sector: product and accessory design, graphic design, print design and making, illustration, ...
My secret weapons have always been related to design and creativity, both have helped me grow professionally and personally throughout my whole career. Thanks to my international background, my designs have been published in the Japanese, French and Spanish editions of prestigious magazines.
The next step for me is to support other people, communicating and teaching everything I have learned about this sector through my experience.
Carolina Benito

In the last few years, I have been an auditor and consultant and now I am the financial behind behind varios projects. I have extensive knowledge and experience in a diverse range of sectors of the financial world due to having participated in projects of all kinds.
I am an analytical, curious, creative and logical thinker when it comes to problem-solving, thoroughly enjoying the challenges and results.
At Tic Tac Text, I enjoy being able to adapt the experiences I have gained working at a large audit and consulting firm like Deloitte, offering creative and feasible solutions to fashion projects and for fashion entrepreneurs.
And at the Rapport Lab., I aim to teach you everything you need to transform your passion for fashion into a lifestyle!

Joaquin Sánchez Baillo
I have been dedicating myself to the audiovisual world as a freelancer for over 10 years. Throughout this time, I have brought to life advertisements and corporate videos for a range of companies and agencies, social media and YouTube content creations, video clips for music artists, fashion films, documentaries and animation pieces.
Additionally, I have directed short films that have been screened at music festivals around the world.
I can confidently say I love my work and have the experience as well as technical equipment necessary to take on any project. I love projects well done, well told and full of emotions.

Jota Han
I am fascinated by expressing ideas and emotions through a combination of illustration, traditional animation and motion graphics. My still is versatile but distinctive and strongly influenced by horror movies, comics and antiques.
For over 15 years I have been working for publishers, agencies, studios, consultancies, textile companies and all types of organisations where I can provide good design - statically, in motion or frame by frame animation. Some of my past clients include: Santillana, Anaya, Bruño, Casals, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social, Naturgy, Chattyfeet, FAMS.
I deliver online teachings n motion graphics on Crehana as well as in-person for SPEGC (Canary Islands).

Llevo más de 35 años dedicados al mundo de la moda , dando clases y realizando patrones para particulares y empresas.
A lo largo de mi vida profesional he participado en proyectos como colecciones propias de mujer, hombre y niño en la Feria de Muestras de Bilbao , además de impartir cursos en los cursos profesionales del Ayuntamiento de Madrid .
He combinado siempre toda mi actividad, con mi propia academia “Hilván” , donde impartía mi método de patronaje y patronaba para firmas de prestigio.
Siempre me ha gustado disfrutar e implicarme en cada uno de mis proyectos, dando clases o realizando patrones. En general, con todo lo relacionado con el mundo de la moda, y ahora en The Rapport Lab. transmitiendo todo lo que he aprendido a lo largo de mi carrera .
Carmelo Pérez Martín

Biology career, but designer at heart.
My involvement in the fashion world started for me as as hobby, until I discovered that this is my true calling. From this moment onwards I dedicated myself 100%.
Since then, I have been helping young designers in launching their own brand or collaborating in their annual collections, supporting them in both pattern making and tailoring.I teach them the tricks we professionals use to optimise the result and make the final staging spectacular.
Nevertheless, what I enjoy the most is to create patterns for brides or special occasions. Here, I can let my imagination fly, taking care of volumes and figures, without being restricted by the limits of comfort.
Since I left Benidorm behind and moved to Madrid, I also sure my sewing and pattern-making knowledge and skills through classes. I combine teaching with designing costumes for projects such as Élite, El Hotel de las Reinas and Drag Race España.
Betty Paz Rivero
Diseñadora de Moda, apasionada por el diseño, el arte, la arquitectura y la moda. Trabajo en la industria desde el 2010.
Me gusta diseñar, imaginar, crear y construir. Considero que los Diseñadores de Moda somos los arquitectos del vestir.
Profesora de patronaje costura y diseño desde el 2015, consultora de marcas y directora creativa de SP BY BETTY PAZ, SP BY BETTY PAZ es el comienzo de todo un mundo lleno de pasión por la moda, Una marca inspirada en la mujer contemporánea, con toques y fascinación por el arte, el pasado y el futuro hacia la tecnología.

Our team has extensive experience i both industrial and custom-made pattern-making.
We are convinced that a large part of the success of a collection starts at dedicating the required and necessary time to the pattern-making phase. OUr team follows this maxim in all our work.
They say that experience is the mother of all success! And our team of seamstresses, pattern-makers and tailors has extensive experience, allowing us to successfully optimise the processes creating patterns and prototypes.
